What is VoiceGate?
VoiceGate is modular hosted billing application service developed by SONGIMALI and a perfect billing solution for any IP Telephony reseller or wholesaler. All calls are billed in real time and logged in a secure database as it is connected through an integrated soft switch. End-users can connect to the service with any ICASA approved SIP enabled IP device or SONGIMALI's own approved IP hardware. If you are looking for a one stop billing solution, look no further!

Control of spend
Sub-reseller and customer spend is controlled with a predefined set credit limit. Before this limit is reached the sub-reseller and/or customer will be notified and in the event of exceeding the limit, the call will be cut and the customer and/or sub-reseller blocked for outgoing calls. This makes managing pre- and post-paid billing service on multiple levels a reality and puts you, the sub-reseller and ultimately the customer in control of his finances.

Hosted solution
Since VoiceGate is a fully hosted service no additional hardware or hosting fees for back-end operation is required. Furthermore a 99.75% up-time for voice services can be guaranteed with automated fail-over to a backup switch in the event of equipment failure.

Multi-tier
VoiceGate is designed to empower the reseller to provide each sub-reseller and customer with accurate Call Detail Records (CDRs) and ultimately invoices for monthly telephone call usage. Each sub-reseller is able to manage only his allocated / created customers independently.

Customized rates
Resellers utilize their own wholesale account for airtime and sell minutes through the platform at their own wholesale agreed rates. Furthermore the reseller has the freedom to create multiple rate sheets for customers and sub-resellers for any destination or pre defined zone.

Informative live TMS
VoiceGate's on-line real-time telephone management system (TMS) will provide the reseller, sub-reseller and customer with easy-to-understand information about  telephone calls and savings. Customizable billing reports are available via a 24x7 web interface. It is the perfect tool to help you easily monitor and manage your telephone expenses.

Pricing

No upfront cost is applicable to implement VoiceGate. Service fees are charged monthly in advance and are as follows:

1.) R12,500.00 p/m for the first 1M minutes or part thereof billed plus

2.) An additional R5,000.00 p/m for each increment of 500,000 minutes billed

* Should any additional features (apart from the standard features) be required, a development fee of R20,000.00 will be charged.
