• LEAST COST ROUTING
  Songimali provides businesses with an evolutionary means of exploiting the benefits of IP Telephony through our hosted platform.  LCR by definition is the routing of voice calls along the most cost effective route; whether that call originates from a Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) or Mobile backbone. The Songimali LCR solution allows your company to implement cost savings on International, fixed to mobile, national and inter-branch calls. Our equipment is programmed to recognize numbers called and to automatically divert these calls through a fixed IP connection to any voice network and / or voice terminal worldwide. This effectively converts traditional PSTN based calls to inexpensive hybrid IP based calls which results in substantial cost savings for your company.
• FREE INTER-BRANCH AND ON-NET CALLS
  All calls on our 087- range are free of charge. If you have our system installed at your various branches,  calls between these branches will be free of charge.
  This also applies to calls to Songimali and any of our customers.
• LAST MILE
  There are a number of ways to provide the connectivity needed for VoIP and FoIP to the end-users' premises. In the areas where Songimali has rolled out Private Network Coverage, communication is brought to the end-user with wireless technology incorporating world renowned Mikrotik router boards. In other areas Songimali uses the coverage that is readily available such as ADSL, Wimax, iBurst etc.
  
• BILLING SERVICES
  Songimali offers end-users prepaid and postpaid billing services.
  All calls are billed in real time and a pure per second methodology is used, subsequently cutting call costs drastically.
• WIRELESS COMMUNICATION
  Through wireless technology, it is subsequently possible to deliver VoIP and FoIP in areas rife with copper cable theft or where the traditional PSTN exchanges are exhausted.
